Broad Market Analysis
In Online Trading Academy's XLT - Broad Market Analysis,
students will learn how to analyze global economic events;
trends in multiple asset classes and timeframes; and how to
leverage this information to find short and longer term trading
opportunities. Active traders often look at trading
opportunities on a day-to-day basis only. They trade one stock
with a micro view, ignoring the dangers or signals that would
make them a more effective trader. This “tunnel vision” could
mean losing sight of the big picture trends present in other
asset classes and wider timeframes.
The goal of this course is to teach the student to become a
complete trader. This course will teach you to properly analyze
the big picture and understand how to capitalize on short term,
intermediate and long term positions - in equities, indexes,
ETF's or Forex. The unique learning experience of XLT - Broad
Market Analysis is delivered by some of our top instructors
including Brandon Wendell and Sam Seiden, professional traders
with many years of hands-on experience in teaching and trading.

Trading
The XLT - Momentum Intraday Trading curriculum is the logical
next step for serious student traders who desire to master the
tools, techniques and trading skills needed for intraday, swing
and momentum trading. The course is designed to provide the
committed student trader the practical applications of
implementing the curriculum taught in our Professional Trader
class series.
XLT - Momentum Intraday Trading is taught by some of our top
instructors including Sam Seiden and Brandon Wendell, who teach
by doing. This learning experience is designed for the beginning
trader through advanced intraday momentum and swing traders.
Students are given a specific set of rules and are taught how to
apply these rules in real-world, live market trading. During
this experience, students will observe their instructor identify
low risk, high reward, and high probability trading
opportunities. Students learn how to properly enter and manage
trades as they watch their instructor demonstrate these skills
in live market conditions. The result is an indelible learning
experience and a model of success for trading disciplines and
practical applications.
